What is the GBWA?

The Grace Baptist Women's Association (GBWA) started in 1949 to unite women's meetings of Grace Baptist churches.

It has developed into our current organisation, which aims to promote and encourage a wide variety of Christian work among women.

This includes:

• women's meetings,
• mother and toddler groups,
• senior citizen's clubs,
• Bible studies,
• area gatherings,
• and all kinds of evangelistic outreach.

Funds are continually being raised for specific projects.

Our current projects, raising funds for both Wheels for the World and Lovewise, were launched at the day conference in November 2006.

Events like the annual conferences and area fellowship days are designed to help us to live biblically in the modern world.
